This Shipping Policy explains where We are MFEO ships, how long delivery takes, and what to expect once your order is on its way. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and delivered Australia-wide via trusted carriers — and shipping is always free. From order placement to delivery, customers can expect their parcel to arrive within 4-12 business days.

1. Where We Ship

We are MFEO ships to all addresses within Australia, including all states and territories: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.

We currently do not ship to international addresses or to Australian external territories (e.g. Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands).

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping is 100% free on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees, no surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed at our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days will be processed the following business day.

During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day, Christmas, EOFY sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if any significant delay applies to your order.

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery: 4-12 business days.

This breaks down as:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days at our Sydney warehouse
  • Transit: 3-10 business days with our carrier, depending on your location

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia. The estimates below are guides only and based on dispatch from our Sydney warehouse. All times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

5. Shipping Carriers

We dispatch orders through trusted Australian carriers, primarily:

  • Australia Post
  • Other Australian courier services as required for specific products or locations

The carrier assigned to your order will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel
  • The carrier handling your delivery
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive the following emails throughout your order's journey:

  • Order Confirmation - sent immediately after you place your order
  • Shipping Confirmation - sent when your order is dispatched, with tracking details
  • Delivery Confirmation - sent when your parcel is marked as delivered (where supported by the carrier)

If you don't receive these emails, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.

8. Delivery Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including any unit, building, or floor number. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at support@we-are-mfeo.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

9. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Some bulky or oversized items may not be eligible — these will be flagged at checkout.

10. Failed Delivery and Redelivery

If you are not home when your parcel arrives:

  • The carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place at the address (if authorised)
  • A collection card will be left, directing you to the nearest post office or parcel locker
  • Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period (typically 10 business days) will be returned to us

If a returned parcel needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for the redelivery.

11. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link for the latest status update
  2. Check with neighbours, building reception, or nearby safe-drop locations
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. If none of the above resolves the issue, email us at support@we-are-mfeo.com with your order number

We will lodge an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is officially declared lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

12. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or the items inside are broken, please:

  • Photograph the parcel and damaged items
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Email us at support@we-are-mfeo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Order Changes After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to:

  • Change the shipping address
  • Add or remove items from your order
  • Cancel the order (you may return it once delivered — see our Return & Refund Policy)

14. Business Days and Public Holidays

"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Australian national and New South Wales state public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

15. Taxes and Duties

All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-free, as CFG607 Limited is not currently registered for Australian GST (annual taxable turnover is below the AUD $75,000 non-resident registration threshold). No additional taxes, duties, or customs fees apply to orders within Australia.
